The Knowledge Product Catalogue of the Sub-Local Governance Resource Center (Sub-LGRC) – DILG Romblon serves as a centralized repository of key knowledge assets developed, gathered, or curated to support local governance and enhance public service delivery across the province.
These knowledge products are systematically organized into eight (8) categories, reflecting the core areas of local development and governance: Disaster Preparedness, Social Protection, Environmental Management, Business Competitiveness, Health and Wellness, Governance, Financial Administration, and General References.
This catalogue is designed to foster a culture of knowledge sharing, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning within and among local government units (LGUs), DILG personnel, and development partners. It supports the strategic role of the LGRC as a knowledge hub, enabling easier access to relevant, high-quality resources that aid in evidence-based decision-making, policy formulation, and public sector innovation.
Knowledge Product Borrower's Form
This form is used to record the borrowing of knowledge management (KM) products such as manuals, reports, toolkits, reference materials, or digital media from the organization’s KM repository. It helps ensure accountability, track circulation, and maintain the condition and availability of KM resources.
All borrowers are expected to return the borrowed items in good condition by the agreed-upon return date. This process supports the effective management and sharing of organizational knowledge assets.
