Monitoring and Reporting of Various Engagements and Learning for Capacity Development

The MARVEL CAPDEV Database is a Google-based monitoring and scheduling platform developed by the Local Government Capacity and Development Section of the DILG Romblon Provincial Office. It is designed to improve the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation of capacity development (CAPDEV) initiatives for local government units (LGUs) throughout the Province of Romblon.

This centralized database plays a critical role in organizing and managing the schedules of CAPDEV activities, ensuring that training sessions, technical assistance, and learning engagements are properly coordinated across the DILG Provincial Office and its Field Offices. It allows for real-time visibility of upcoming, ongoing, and completed activities, helping to prevent overlaps, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of interventions.
